However, it is a very fun roller coaster of responsibility and a challenge to meet IMPORTANT deadlines. Right now, we're waiting for the planning department to approve our floor plan. Once they like what they see, it will be building and getting ready for the GRAND OPENING. 6 weeks after we get the OK, we start the retail and marketing portion of opening a business! And you are the first to witness, our first entry to the next chapter of our lives.
We have been truly blessed to be able to start this business in a market that is spiralling downward. Unfortunately, we are at a bitter sweet time in our life! We are gaining a prosperous business, but ... losing some other prized pocessions in the process. SACRIFICES FOR SUCCESS! That what it takes to make things happen. Lucky for us, we believe in GOD, and know that everything happens for a reason. We should not question what is happening, just enjoy THE RIDE and feel blessed with what we do have. We know that with our faith, and loyalty to Him, He has better things waiting for us. Don't get me wrong, it is a painful process; but again, it is our faith in that is preparing us for next venture and chapter in our LIFE.

I'm not old enough to drink wine yet, but I know Mami and Papi are very excited about your new business! See you at the grand opening. Mami and Papi will be drinking something Smooth...and I will stick to grape juice. :-)
